PRINCIPAL PURPOSE:
Information you provide is used to verify an individual\'s record of enrollment in DEERS for the purpose of furnishing certification of covered borrower status.
ROUTINE USES:
To determine an individual\'s covered borrower status for the protection of the Military Lending Act.
DISCLOSURE:
Voluntary. However, if you fail to provide information, DMDC will be unable to attempt to verify an individual\'s record and will be unable to furnish you at this time a certification of active duty status.
